We have some software written that functions as POS software written in .Net It connects to an online database through XML RPC to perform certain functions such as at login to collect menu items, when a card is presented to lookup the balance associated witht he card and at the completion of the sale to write the transaction information back to the online database. In some sites we are experiencing network connection problems that are hard to identify. I need a utility and its code written in .Net so we can build this utility into our application and also run as a standalone tester. I would like the test utility to run on Windows platform and anylise the quality of the connection, test some of the XML RPC calls, and log useful information. It needs to be configurable to allow different login details to be used, and test assorted XML RPC calls. It also need to log this information to a simple text file. The more information it can test for the more usefull it will be to us so all suggestions about what it could test will be appreciated. Thanks you all all of those who respond
