Hi there. I've read your description and it looks like there is either issue with device (timeclock) or with the way how traffic passes through VPN. It's hard to say what could be the exact reason without knowing what that affected device is and what is the configuration of firewalls. I'd suggest next plan: 1) ping affected device and not affected devices from network A and dump traffic on firewall B 2) analyze output to decide what to do next ...
