VPN and Remote Desktop Setup

Job Description:
There is a windows server with the static IP address, and edge-router VPN box. Orginally had the Remote Access setup on the windows server connecting first thru VPN but this setup has some issues and need to fix. OpenVPN desktop app for VPN connection is being used. This work must be done via accessing VPN box and server. All the access id and password will be provided and have to connect the consultant thru phone and provide the details in seperate email.
