nodejs websocket api for device-server-interactions

I am looking for a skilled Node.js developer who can create a WebSocket API for my IoT devices to interact with my server. The ideal candidate should have experience in developing APIs for IoT devices and be familiar with WebSocket protocol.
The device has
a) predefined key<->values and workflows/ request-response-sequences
b) as well as a .NET / C# implemented solution,
==> But I need to have it
a) run on a Linux machine. (Linux / Ubuntu with nodejs server is up and running, connection to the device established, and documentation for the device/ WebSocket-API-KeyValues is available.)
b) store the values provided by the WebSocket-connection in a use-case-related way on mariaDB
c) optionally / "nice to have": using docker / docker-compose
Requirements:
- Basic WebSocket implementation for the API
- Scalability for small-scale (up to 100 devices)
- Ability to handle interactions between IoT devices and the server
+ Open, candor communication - we will use the CYBR SUITE remote Scrum communication & collaboration app for running this project. (written form communication, providing clear status statements, asking for help if needed, providing information about what you are doing ...)
Skills:
- Node.js
- WebSocket protocol
- (Knowledge of IoT devices and their interactions with servers) - the attached file should provide all info needed here ... nothing "IoT-special" here, actually ... (maybe you can benefit in regards to other projects in your future if you have it in your portfolio ... same for #SCRUM - we "just do it" with the help of the CYBR SUITE in a guided process, no specific skill needed here...)
nice to have:
- .NET/C# knowledge (might help if you can check the demo code that is written in C#)
- docker / docker-compose knowledge (values shall be stored in a MariaDB running in a docker container)
- some English skills. Since our communication will be in the written form most of the time, You can use [login to view URL] or Grammarly or whatever ... but "some" understanding that the correct message is provided should be available ... ;-)
