put tiny CRUD node/postgres app in a docker container

I have a teeny tiny crud app running on express/node, that stores data in a postgres database. there are a handful of routes, and 2 tables (its just a proof of concept). The app is not much more than a simple todo type app. it works well as is, but i want to dockerize it so it can be run anywhere. it uses node to serve it with express, postgres to store data and knex as a query builder. I have migrations and seeder files also. currently if you pull it down from github you can run the application locally and run the tests no problem. What i would like is for someone to create the docker file, and docker-compose file(s) needed to containerize it so the node app runs in a docker, and it can read and write to postgres in another docker. the data does not need to persist after the docker containers are killed. its just for testing/development really. so it would go like this: deploy docker containers, run the migrations/database seeds, app runs. someone who knows docker really well should be able to whip it up in an hour or two i suspect. i'll provide the winning bidder the github repo or the source code directly. if you do bid let me know you know docker that is really all i care about, i dont need a website built. i'd prefer this done in a day or so if possible.
