Your Tasks
Help the CTO to get the platform ready for client onboarding, portfolio handling and securities processing.
Merging of different platform parts (loan negotiation, issuing, investor portfolio & trading platform). Some components are externally developed and need to be integrated into the platform.
Front-end enhancements of a loan contract configuration and negotiation component
Goal
The basic functionality for this will consist of 2-factor authentication, group logins, profile administration and a portfolio overview showing the current holdings.
In a second phase, they will automate the KYC/AML process and allow secondary trading of the tokenised loan, depending on the progress and timeline.
The platform uses third party providers for the tokenization and the KYC/AML process. Moreover, the new designs for the upcoming functionality are ready for development. The goal is to integrate Frontend, tokenization provider and KYC/AML and getting the existing MVP ready for our first live project and clients.
