Server application

Hello, Please read carefully the requirements. I am looking for a freelancer or team that has already build a similar project with the one that I want to build. My project is a client-server application that has an admin interface. My team is in charge with building the client application that will use an API to deliver the data to the server. You should deliver that server-side that provides an API that collects the data from the client (data is formatted as JSON but this is something that we can easily change) and an admin interface that will be able to show the data that has been collected. Customisations of the way that data is displayed are the subject of a different project. One important aspect is that the server-side should be build on a platform/technology that allows collecting data from millions of data sources and should be scalable. SO, to conclude, if you have build a similar project and you can easily customize it to fit my needs please place your bid. My maximum budget for this project is $1k. To recap my requirements: I need a server application that: - Has a public API that the client apps can use. A client app can be anything – you can consider it a datasource that will post data to the server - Has an admin interface that is able to show the data that has been collected - It is build on a scalable architecture that will allow collecting data from million of clients - You are available to further customize it (as part of a different project): the way that the admin interface shows the data, aggregates it, use AI to interpret the data When you place your bid please provide me useful links or resources that will allow me decide the freelancer or team that I am selecting.
