Job Description:
1. POS UI customization
Example layout attached, the layout(order detail, categories and numpad) should be similar to the image attached, if possible, the numpad should be bigger, the categories can be designed as a side bar on top or right, ideally to have a toggle to hide the categories and product list, all the pos operations should be done on the same screen(single page checkout), once clicking the payment button, the default payment method should be the square payment terminal, if the user choose to pay cash, the square terminal session should be able to be cancelled, the receipt printing is optional, the cash drawer should be able to open without receipt printing. The final implementation doesn’t have to be exactly the same as I described, the idea is that the current Odoo POS layout and process require a lot of steps and times to complete one order, the primary target for this customization is for productivity.
2. Integration with Square payment terminal ([login to view URL]), this is part of the POS customization as described above
