We are seeking Help Desk Support Specialist for immediate openings.
Fast-paced, professional environment supporting VOIP phones, desktops, laptops, servers, and hosted solutions for wide variety of customers
You must be familiar with and be able to troubleshoot the following without any hand-holding:
Active Directory (Creating Accounts, Adding Users to Groups)
Routers & Switches (Datto and SonicWALL mostly)
You will be responding to tickets and answering a dedicated line when it rings. At times you will remote into a users machine to help them resolve their issue. Professionalism is a must, Each candidate will have a phone interview with me. Working hours are from 8 am to 5 pm central standard time. Do not apply if you are unable to meet these hours.
If you are self-motivated, prompt, professional, you will be very successful with us. If you are not skilled in server administration and computer troubleshooting, please do not apply.
In depth questions about server administration and group policy will be asked during the phone interview. The first sentence of your response should be "I understand this position is from 8 am to 5 pm central standard time, and I am able to meet that requirement". Microsoft certification a plus.
MAC knowledge is a plus.
Autotask experience is a plus.
