Patent Comparison Legal Opinion

Hello There!! You have design around your product against an existing US patent. I can review and provide both legal and technical report comparing your product and the existing US patent. Even if the product infringes upon the existing patent, there are ways by which you can file your patent and launch your product 1. Using NPD methods such as TRIZ to totally eliminate/bypass the feature which existing patent claims 2. Go for the invalidity search of the existing US patent. 3. Provide in-detail arguments showing why the product developed and the existing patent is different. Many other things can be done. Lets talk. Good day sir, I have an engineering degree as well as a law degree. I have done a three-year course on intellectual property. I am also a fully qualified advocate. I drafted a provisional software/algorithm patent for a client in Germany that was related to the tracking of luggage. I assisted a client in New York to respond to a rejection (office action) of a non-provisional patent by the examiner at the USPTO (the United States Patent and Trademark Office). We had a telephone interview with the examiner. My amendments were successful, and the patent has subsequently been granted as US9233507B2. I did several infringement opinions for him. I also drafted for the same client another non-provisional patent (3d-printing) which was also filed at the USPTO. This patent has also been granted as US9435998B1. For a client in Norway, I did a freedom to operate search. I have done several prior art searches for a client in Sydney Australia. I drafted patents for a client in Melbourne Australia for a betting system and cryptocurrency wallet. We now are filing internationally by PCT.
