UK/EU Patent Filing - Mechanical device to attach to escalators (internal)

We are developing a unit that will be installed under the truss of an escalator which will emit UV light on the handrail for disinfection. We already have conducted the Patent Landscape research and have a rough draft of a comparable patent filing, as well as the outline of our product. We would require the correct patent documents to be prepared for filing in the UK/EU. As well as the recommendation for the most economical approach to filing for these patents.
