I'll draft each pattern straight from your cat's neck, chest, back length and leg numbers in Illustrator. For a cat, I'll keep the front leg holes wide and set back for full shoulder reach, end the back short of the tail base, and fasten the tee and fleece under the chest with soft hook tape, so nothing goes over the head.
