Job Description: Freelancer with Experience in QuickBooks for Saudi Arabia Payroll
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced freelancer to assist us with managing payroll processes using QuickBooks specifically tailored for Saudi Arabia. This is a remote position, and you will be working closely with our finance team to ensure accurate and timely payroll processing for our Saudi Arabian employees.
QuickBooks Setup: Configure QuickBooks to meet the specific payroll requirements of Saudi Arabia, including tax regulations, social security contributions, and other relevant local laws.
Payroll Processing: Accurately process payroll for Saudi Arabian employees, ensuring that all earnings, deductions, and contributions are calculated correctly and in compliance with applicable regulations.
Employee Data Management: Maintain an up-to-date database of employee information, including personal details, employment contracts, salary adjustments, and any other relevant data required for payroll processing.
Tax Compliance: Stay updated on Saudi Arabia's tax laws and ensure accurate calculation and reporting of employee income tax, social security contributions, and other mandatory deductions.
Payslip Generation: Generate and distribute electronic or physical payslips to employees, ensuring confidentiality and accuracy of the information.
Recordkeeping: Maintain organized and detailed records of payroll transactions, including pay registers, payroll tax reports, and other relevant documents required for auditing purposes.
Reconciliation: Perform regular reconciliations between payroll records, general ledger, and bank statements to ensure accuracy and identify any discrepancies.
Year-End Processes: Assist in year-end payroll processes, including issuing tax forms (such as W-2 equivalents), preparing annual reports, and ensuring compliance with statutory requirements.
Communication and Support: Collaborate with the finance team and HR department to address employee queries related to payroll, tax deductions, and other payroll-related matters.
Proven Experience: Minimum of [X years] of experience in payroll processing using QuickBooks specifically for Saudi Arabian payroll.
Expertise in Saudi Arabian Payroll: In-depth knowledge of Saudi Arabia's payroll regulations, tax laws, social security contributions, and other statutory requirements.
QuickBooks Proficiency: Strong proficiency in using QuickBooks for payroll management, including configuration, setup, and day-to-day processing.

Communication Skills: Effective communication skills to liaise with internal stakeholders and respond to employee queries regarding payroll matters.
Time Management: Strong organizational and time management skills to meet payroll deadlines consistently.
Flexibility: Adaptability to work remotely and manage multiple payroll tasks simultaneously.
Saudi Arabia Payroll Certification (Preferred): Certification in Saudi Arabian payroll or any related professional qualification would be advantageous.
