proficient speedy PCB design Engineer with experience in High Speed Routing length matching USB SS 3.1 technology
layout needs to be transportable inside Altium Room for easy placement into our other designs
Proto layout should be on a 1.2mm thick JLC Stack with Imdiance control and be no more than 18mm wide by 60mm long on a 4 layer very Clean layout following all TI guidelines for routing and part placement , Vbus power and CC lines need to be easily accessible from right side of board so we can connect to our existing PD controller signal path and Power Parth (please see iame of proposed layout image ([login to view URL])
easy filtration circuit for Vbus and proper CC line entry into circuit
Fairly stright forward USB type C to type C PCB with Repeater ICs
Need Completed and Reviewed Altium Project Ready for Prototype Fast as in before Friday February 3rd, 2023

Complete Schematic needs to be created using easily sourced components (sourced through LCS/JLC/Digikey/Mouser/Avnet/etc)
Full payment will be rendered upon review and approval of final design files by IC mfg.
- Libraries of Components including Components Schematics and Footprints need to be made
- Project Files Should be Production Ready Output Format, including complete BOM and Gerber/pick-place files
- Design must be safe; the device must operate reliably.
- Design must be optimized for small size.
- Minimal amount of board layers to be used
- All components should be of minimal size and available in small quantities.
- Design will be reviewed before project closure by SMT/FW/CG Senior Engineer
- Proto testing requires several weeks. Identified issues must be fixed as part of design warranty
