DNS Settings

We need a utility program that we can use to change our customers DNS settings. The program needs to be able to change all windows platforms to our new DNS ip addresses. We also want this to change all network connections, like wireless adapters, network adapters and modem connections. Also if possible the ability for us to change the DNS ip addresses at any time and have it update.
