Inventory page refresher pricing searcher shopping cart executer

This is our second post, so hopefully we give clarity to the project. What we need is to refresh this page([login to view URL];cs=22&l=en&s=dfh) at least 5 times per second on a win03 dedicated server. We need to have a program let us choose the paramaters based on the drop down boxes. For example Inspirion>6000>dvd-rom. Then we need the items selected under a certain price to be added to our shopping cart. Seems simple, but by just refreshing the page through IE or Firefox limits the refresh to 2x per second. We need a rapid refresh. This can be done by multi threading, or AJAX if applicable. Or it may be done by any other means you have. We are not software engineers, we are businessmen. This project can be done however you wish, but it needs to be user friendly with the ability for all the specifications above to be met. If you think you can do a project like this please let us know.
