I have a software called perlbill, and I want to make modifications to this software this way that I can use a custom form for the signup process instead of the original form.
The custom form I want to use can be viewed here:

Using the customized form, I want to clone the original signup page this way, that the user
1) Picks the services he want to purchase
2) Checks whether he is or is not subject to tax
and with that information we want perlbill, our billing software to
1) process all the fields of the form and parse it into the invoicing system
2) apply and calculate tax if checked in the form
3) transfers the user STRAIGHT to our 3rd part CC provider, worldpay, WITHOUT displaying an additional page to confirm the purchase (as seen now)

Note: For whatever reason, the original billing software has a bug and it doesn’t apply global tax automatically, which it should. This small fix needs to be included in the job.
