I need a photographer that will go to the site to take before and after pictures

My name is Grace from Day One Realty Solutions. We are investors out here in California and we buy land in Shelby County TN. Our projects are small. Most of the lands that we buy is less that .30 acres. We are looking for a photographer who will be able to take before and after pictures of the land that we are going to buy. They must takes clear pictures, willing to travel to location, fast turn around time, reasonable price. We have a budget of $30 per project, each project needs 3 pics (Before/after).
