Photoshop images as per other image examples

Job Description:
I have a family photoshoot and i would like someone who is exceptional with photoshop or Lightroom to photoshop the images as per an example pre set (in terms of uniformed colours). This will include adding different layers in to reach desired affect, adding sunlight into the images, increasing the colours to show the details in the sky, changing colours and mood of images etc. I would like all of the images to have the same feel to them in terms of colours and lighting. Approx 15-20 images all together. Once job is accepted i will send through images due to privacy issues.
I am need someone who can provide the files back to me in psd along with the editing that has been done. i am looking for someone to work with long term as well for other upcoming shoots.
