Automated creation of html pages using PHP & MySql & Ajax

Hello, We are looking for a top rate programmer to help with a creation of an input page using PHP & MySql & Ajax. Attached you will find Printscreens of what we expects. But to be crystal clear please find here after some more explanation... We have two existing websites and we receive news from watch brands everyday by email. We would like to gather all news into a database to show them through our website. Since all news received are coming from different sources, it is not possible to automated this process. So we have to hire people to do "Data entry" using these information. These people doesn't have any html knowledge neither picture resizing knowledge so the input page should also include photo automatic resizing using php. We need two level of access. One for Data Entry people with the only possibility to do Data Entry and another one to manage the database. The database content will be presented in diverse way as presented in printscreen attached. Some news received are in French other in English. News in French will be shown in one site and news in English in another site. Both sites are in the same server and can use the same database. Another important part is the Ajax field creation. We would like an Ajax field which shows two type of result (News & Watch request for prices) just like in Alatest. News will be input as describe here above. For price list, we should be able to upload a file (excel or csv or other) by brand. This price list file will contain reference number, brand, other infos and price. This price list will allow the client to receive the price by email. This exist already in our website but we need to redo it because the import file is difficult to use but should you need to see the existing code just ask for it.
