76061 Traffic Exchange Script Mod

I have an existing traffic script. I would like it modified to fit the following criteria: As it stands now, it is a stand alone traffic exchange. IE, one installation creates one exchange. What I would like created is an admin area that goes over the existing admin structure, and allows me to create new exchanges on the same domain (So I could say create 3 different exchanges as [login to view URL], [login to view URL], [login to view URL]) by simply naming them and using a create command. I would like the admin area to have control over the functions available in the lower admin areas (IE [login to view URL] admin area should be controlled by the systems admin area). I would like to control the following features: In the admin area as it stands, there is a general settings area. I would like that to be controlled in this area, as a single control for all of the exchanges created (so one change there will effect the entire system). There is an area to control the headers of the system. I would also like this controlled by one single control panel. There is a feature to add banners to the system. I would like this controlled by the single admin area for the entire system. I would like it to collect all email addresses collected by the entire system in a single location, and the ability to export them / email them. I would like the existing email feature to be only accessable through this 'master' admin area, for each exchange seperately (so I can contact all of the members of an individual exchange, or the entire system if I choose). I would like the ability to turn off this control for individual exchanges that are created, so I could for example make it so that [login to view URL] was controlled on its own and not effected by what I did in the sites new main admin area. All other existing features should be controlled by the existing admin structure (as in each seperate exchange controls itself from the existing, seperate admins). I wish to have the following features added to control the exchanges. I want to be able to control the amount of hits that are sent to the 'default site' which is named in the controlled general settings area. A percentage or ratio would work perfectly. This must be changable for each individual exchange, so they can each have different ratios setup. Also, as of recently I have had problems with the members table of the SQL portion of this site. I imagine its a minor typo or detail about the table that is causing me problems. I'd like it reviewed and fixed so that it doesn't continue to have the table crashing. This is only a beggining. I am looking for a solid programmer(s) who is willing to continue to work on this ongoing project. I have many more ideas, and can promise if you do quality work, you will get a lot more business from me. You MUST be able to provide references of previous work.
