Create a very simple autocomplete example using ASP.NET, [login to view URL] and [login to view URL] libraries. The requirements are simple, since you are only creating a single web page. Create a single textbox on a single webpage that has this exact functionality: [login to view URL] As you type in the box, the page should make an AJAX call back to the the SAME web page to retrieve and display the matching items. (I would like the page to call back to the same page on the server, I do not want to have it call a different page or web service.) You do NOT need to worry about hooking the AJAX call to a database. (I can do that myself). Therefore, for the purpose of the project, the function that is called by the AJAX call can just have an array of string values in it which it displays the appropriate matches as the user types. Because I will be integrating this into an existing website, the following technologies MUST be used WITHOUT EXCEPTION: * Must use ASP.NET Version 1.1 (Not 2.0) * Code must be in VB.NET (Not C#) * Must use [login to view URL] Professional Version 6.10.4.1 or later (make sure you use the 1.1 version and NOT the 2.0 version) - Available for download here: [login to view URL] (I'm not interested in Atlas or any other AJAX library) * Must use [login to view URL] version 1.6.4 or later (and the appropriate version of the underlying Prototype framework) . Available for download here: [login to view URL] (Must use [login to view URL], and not any other javascript library.) * Must use Visual Studio 2003 (Not 2005) The deliverables will be a zip file containing a Visual Studio 2003 solution which should includes all of the files necessary for the page and functionality to work. I should be able to see the source code, compile it and just have it work! ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
