Internet Gaming League/Ladder

We require a gaming league/ladder optional subscription available. The system should be coded in ASP or ASP.net with SQL or MS Access. The scipts will need to support numerous features, both member & admin side. It will need to be flexible enough so we can add additional leagues (maybe have a setup script like IPB forums). Each leagues graphics & layouts must be able to be fully customisable, somthing like IPB forum skins where it is easy to change out and / or add new skins. A scoring algorhythm must not be made as a regular 3 points for a win, 2 for a draw and 1 for a loss will not be acceptable. Coder must have access to a system where the scripts can be displayed throughout the development. We have forums available, as the success of this project is on the users the coder will be required to sign up and be active on the forum so he can recieve updates and input from the community. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform Windows - Scripts to be coded in ASP/ASP.net and the DB is to be in SQL or MS Access.
