Prototype functionally rich Customer Service Screen

A prototype project for banking/credit systems 1. Work with company to select GUI control software from 3rd parties that is highly impactful in its presentation, in both Microsoft and Java, that will add significant presentational capabilities to company's current Customer Front Screen of its business application. Use ORACLE database. (Customer Front Screen is a feature rich environment for customer service representatives in call centers to service credit card and loan consumers, answering their questions, increasing their credit limit, telling them balances, last payment information etc) 2. Work on agreeing what is in the scope of sample functionality to be built in prototype (high level requirements already available) , but a minimum of 30 functions for each of the two languages, and a minimum of 100 database fields for each of the two languages. 3. Build prototype functionality using examples of all GUI control software, (and the underlying C# and Java), for each of the two languages purchased, in (i) Microsoft environment for Web (ii) Java environment (for Web) 4. Assist the company to evaluate which presents better, the Microsoft environment or the Java environment 5. Ensure works on 42" Plasma HD 1024 X 1024 or similar 6. Clean up prototypes to make them presentable to major prospective buyers 7. Deliver to company compiled and uncompiled code, with installation instructions such that the code can be delivered ## Deliverables 1. Scope 2. Two prototypes, one in Microsoft, one in Java 3.
