Website and eBay consistency

I would like a website built that will look just like my eBay auctions. I would like the following included: 1. Logo development 2. I would like a form that I input information into that will then place the HTML code in specific places on a page. (Both website and eBay auction template) 3. I will take the auction pages and input them into my auction management software (I only need the pages created) unless you can create an eBay API that I can use and can do away with auctionworks or andale 4. I sell clothing and linens, so the template and logo should be clean looking. I want the pages to be nice but clean….not to busy) 5. I have no preference on the language used, however the content management system will be used by people who can not code. 6. Any other input would be helpful. 7. Any other recommendations will be helpful
