Drupal7 functional prototype

For this project I need an experienced Drupal7 developer who can quickly build a functional prototype for a basic website without paying attention to the graphical aspects and content. The whole purpose of this Drupal7 prototype is to demonstrate all the nuts and bolts needed to wire the pages and use basic custom contenttypes, views and community modules. This prototype will be used to demonstrate Drupal 7 best practices. The custom template for the website will be very basic but must be build using Omega and be responsive. The template only needs to focus on the positioning of the 2 or 3 blocks or views per page The website will have a total of 7 basic pages, homepage included: homepage, services page, press page, news page, pictures page, contact page, partners page There will only be 1 horizontal menubar that is always visible. Each page will have the same footer displaying the sitemap and a few other links. Each page will have a breadcrumb path. 1 view is needed to display news items 1 view is needed to display press items 5 basic contenttypes will be needed to hold and format custom data 1 fotogallery with slideshow (ipad swipe style) is needed (module of your choice) The website needs to support 2 languages. All text used in the prototype can be Lorem Ipsum dummy text The prototype needs to be build in Drupal7 Clear and detailed wireframe sketches of each screen will be made available for the selected candidates.
