Expert PHP,MYSQL, and JQuery Programmer for ecommerce sites

Dear Freelancers, I am looking for a senior PHP programmer to develop modules for a chain of ecommerce websites. The ideal candidate meets the following criteria: Culture: Speaks fluent Russian. My Team consists of Russian speakers. While this is not a requirement it’s a big plus. Please include your language preference in your proposal. Technical Skills: Project Overview and brief Project Flow: I have a professional XHTML and CSS developer converting all concepts into W3C XHTML 1.0 Strict code so all html code will be provided. Job requirement: XHTML and CSS: Senior level program that can take static Pages and implement them within an Ecommerce CMS. It’s big plus if you are familiar with Xcart as all ecommerce sites are developed on this platform. The ideal candidate has a high level understanding of XHTML and CSS. Even though the code is provided, I would like to maintain the codes integrity. Module/Plugin development for Xcart: The developer will work under Subversion and develop modules for Xcart. Specifications will be provided for each new module that you develop. For this the developer needs to be a senior level PHP and MySQL developer: Experience: Required - Smarty Templates Required - PHP 4 and 5 Ideal – JSON,XML, Design Patterns, and MVC Ideal – Xcart ecommerce platform – Must be willing to learn the way this CMS is structured to develop modules efficiently. Ideal – Has experience coding OOP(Object Oriented programming). Ideal – Linux command line and server administration- I have a server admin, but this is a big plus Ideal – Worked with Tortoise SVN (Under subversion) – You can use any subversion client. Jquery framework. The developer will need to write custom modules and functions using this framework. We don’t use plugins. Everything is custom coded. Time Requirement: I work on an hourly bases – Available to Start working Fulltime to complete the initial tasks and then 6 hours a day of consistent work. You can estimate he billable hours for each task.
