Browse by location for PHP4/MySQL site ..(repost)

PHP4/MySQL site: Develop browse by location interface. Website has users browsing and items browsing. Proposed location browsing interface would be a different method for browsing the users & items (seperate). Location Browsing page: includes browse by country, browse by state/province, browse by city. For Users & Items (2 different modes sets of pages) 1. By Country: all countries users are filed under display. a. selected country> all users in the selected country are displayed. b. all states>provinces in that country are displayed. c. link for cities in selected country. d.1. users in selected country> each user displayed lists the country, state/prov, and city the user is in. d.2. Country, State, City user is in link to browse by location for that location. 1. By State/Prov.: all State/Prov users are filed under display. a. selected State/Prov> all users in the selected State/Prov are displayed. b. all cities>cities in that State/Prov are displayed. c.1. users in selected State/Prov> each user displayed lists the country, state/prov, and city the user is in. c.2. Country, State, City user is in link to browse by location for that location. 1. By City: all City users are filed under display. a. selected City > all users in the selected City are displayed. b.1. users in selected City> each user displayed lists the country, state/prov, and city the user is in. b.2. Country, State, City user is in link to browse by location for that location. Coder needs to finish with time for debugging. We will install the files developed by coder to live site, coder needs to assist in any installing issues before project is considered complete. IM communication is preferred: msn, yahoo, and aol. Sample files of current user and item browsing are attached. Inquire for url to site where this work will be implimented. Current browsing files are attached but will not be sufficient to rebuild a working model. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows? (depending on the nature? of the deliverables): a)? For web sites or? other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software? installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
