CSS web Designer for templates

Looking for a web designer who is fluent in CSS and can create a dozen or so simple web templates, if provided a static HTML document. Product delivery will include a single .css file and as many .jpg and .gif images as necessary for each template. Designs must be cross-browser compatible (Mozilla, IE, Safari) and designer is not allowed to modify the supplied HTML file with the exception of adding the CSS tag.? If the CSS designers is not capable of creating a design for csszengarden then the designer is not the candidate for this job.? Upon accpetance a more detailed specification will be provided. We are looking for a business corprate look.?
