Need OPENX Installed and Configured

I have a Magento Site, We Need to set up Open X to run targeted ads on the front page and every other page of the site. The front page will have 15 spots 2 different sizes and all other pages that are 2 col right layout will have 5 spots of the same size. Magento is set up for multi vendor, and we are looking to have ads for retail vendors be the main landing page When they click the ads it will take them into the vendors microsite. So all Of these ads will have to be Geotargeted and only show "ads" from Vendors in the user area. I will need Someone that can Setup and install Openx Configure it display these ads.
