3 Unique Web Designs in HTML/CSS

**NOTE: Bids submitted without pricing will be deleted without review.** I am looking for a very talented designer to create 3 uniquely different web site designs for a real estate / home inspection web site, to the following specifications: 1. All designs must be unique (not simply variations on one another) 2. Designs must be original work, not free templates or based on any other designs which are currently out there on the web. [login to view URL] bidder to provide a minimum of 5 and up to 10 design comps to choose from (images only), then will code the html/css for the 3 selected designs. 4. Any photos or art used in these designs must be freely available without royalty. I would like at least one design to integrate **an architectural blueprint** as a key design element. 5. Preference will be given to site designs which stand out. I'd prefer to see a design with some texture/shape to it as opposed to being square and flat. There will be 5 required content areas, as follows: a. Company Name (Header) - this will be TEXT not an image b. Company tag line - this will be a text overlay as well [login to view URL] navigation menu (not buttons) d. Page content e. Footer Optionally, design may include one additional call-out box for static content 2. The site may include up to four graphic buttons linking to specific pages on the site. Common buttons for this would be: home, about, contact, login, My preference for graphic buttons would be to have them be background images where the actual linked text is overlaid so it's easily editable. Buttons are not required, however. 3. The site may include the NACHI logo ([[login to view URL]][1]) and/or the NACHI certification seal (see sample available at <[login to view URL]>) 4. The site may include the tag line "Inspected Once, Inspected Right!") 5. Preference will be given to designs which are bold and professional looking. **_Code requirements: _**Code is to be minimalistic and clean for search engine optimization purposes, and must utilize CSS and layers (as opposed to tables). Sites must be compliant to current html standards and cross-browser compatible (MSIE, Mozilla, Safari) Design must be able to scale to the size of the content on the page (that is, no hard coded page sizes, as some pages of content may be quite long compared to others). Design must be opimized for viewing at 800x600 without scrolling. Graphics should be optimized to load quickly (and overall page load times should be reasonable as well). **_Deliverables:_** Original PSD file for comp and any page elements HTML and CSS files Sample files may be picked up from dsiware's web site. 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform Photoshop or other image editor HTML/CSS to be handcoded or written in Dreamweaver - no MS Front Page or any other WSIWYG editor that creates crap code.
