Website Invoice Payments System

We are currently looking into getting setup with a way to accept credit card payments. Our needs are fairly unique in that we need to accept payments in person, over the phone, and through our website. We provide computer consulting services to home and small business users and usually require payment when the service is delivered. Currently we invoice our customers via e-mail'd PDF attachments, but we would like our customers to have the option of logging into our website, entering in their invoice number, and then entering in the amount they wish to pay. From what I'm gathering, Paypal's Website Payments Pro will handle everything -except- this invoicing system. This service seems to require some sort of shopping cart solution, however we do not currently sell any products directly on our website & from what I've seen, these shopping cart solutions do not offer an invoicing system. The goal is to receive payments directly on our website without the user having to go to Paypal to make the payment, unless they prefer to pay using paypal. Eventually our business will offer products for sale on our website, so will we need something that is scalable either beyond just invoice payments or in addition to. This invoice payment system on our website does not have to interface with our quickbooks database as we can manually receive the payments when handling our accounting duties. HOWEVER, it would be a nice bonus if something like this could be made to "match" invoice numbers to customers and their respective invoice totals, payments, etc. This system does not have to "blend" with our current website of [login to view URL] however it would be nice. Please do not include in the quote the cost of things such as Paypal's Website Payments Pro, SSL certificates, etc. BUT, please do mention what "extras" would be required. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
