Flash Intro Needed For Web Site

I am currently developing a unique website for a very niche-specific market. I have decided that, due to the content of the site, a unique "flash" intro might be worth exploring.
## Deliverables
1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):
a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.
b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.
3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
The flash intro should look like this:
On a white background, the word "trust" will fade in, from nothing to light gray to black. As the word "trust" fades away, the word "motivation" will appear in the same way. As the word "motivation" fades away, the word "transformation" will appear, again in the same way. I will leave it up to you as to where each word appears from - either from the center of the page, or each word from a different part of the page.
The word "PREMIER" appears next, rapidly followed by "POWER" and then, after a slight pause for dramafication, the page would be filled with a million "dots" which would come together in the center of the page to form the word "NETWORKING."
It might help you if you understand that we use "networking" to bring people together - for both business and personal growth.
You should also know that the name of our business is Premier Power Networking, or [[login to view URL]][1].
Finally, all of my "web" people use Windows XP. I will confirm exactly which version upon request.
