online voting system

I am currently looking for an online voting system using flash. the viewer will click a tick box to vote! the vote then will come back to the site and increase a counter for what they are voting for. This then in turn will sent the viewers information (email address, name etc) to a data base for what they voted for. you can only vote once a month!

I am a german flash specialist. After the user has voted we can set a cookie so the user can not vote again for a month. Of course, it is not easy to develop. Please check pmb.
