Soccer/Football Simulator Engine

That simulation, for now, don't need be a live one. Could be on server side, export some like XML and use that XML on Flex/Flash to show the match. Does not need use 3d animation, just 2d animation, the player just need be a button, with number (inside) and name (at the bottom when he has the ball). It will also be necessary to have the story of the match in parallel view of the match.
