Event Calendar for sports club and player evaluation

There are three parts to this project.

(Event = game and we will use it for convinence)

1. Need a event calendar for a sports club.

An user should be able to view events for particular day, week, and month.

- The calendar is database driven. We use MySql for database. We also need you to create tables in an optimized way.

- Event listing for daily and weekly events needs to be in a frame with a width of 350 pixels.

- Monthly events needs to be displayed in a bigger view and will be shown in bigger size but should not occupy total width of browser.

- Daily events must be listed on an hourly basis

- Weekly events must be listed on each day of the week and events within each day are listed according to their start time

- A drop down menu on top right corner (named "sort by") will list various teams in the club and when a user selects the team, the events needs to be displayed only for that team. When navigating from one day to next or one week to other, game details needs to be displayed for only the team that is selected.

- If day, week or year not current, then user must be able to return to current week, year or day at any time.

- Event listing will display only few details like team name, time and location etc. But Team name will be link and when clicked on it, various details of the events needs to be displayed. I prefer using layers, where an user clicks an event and a layer will display other events and there is a X button to close/hide the layer. Other option is to use pop-up window. May be we can discuss this in terms of page size and speed of page download.

2. Administration Part

- A secure password protected webpage to add events to the calendar.

- Some information for each events needs to come from database like for ex: team names, locations, coaches etc.

- All events needs to be stored in a database.

3. Player Evaluation System:

- In this page, a team's coach will be able to evaluate players by giving them ranking, commenets about their performance.

- A login page for each player to view their evaluation results.

- Coach should be able to view ALL evaluation result for any player of his team.

- Player should be able to view their evaluation results made by their coach.

This is the over view of the whole project. Very easy for someone experienced in similar project.

I will talk more about this and more details will be given when we finalize about the project. I need this really very urgent (like next 3 days) and please please bid only if you are capable of doing it.

Also,

- Need detailed comments for programming logic if needed for future modifications.

- You must have your own setup to build and display this project web pages. That is to say, you must have your own computer, web server, database etc.

- Excellent programming style and well typed.

- Need good selection of font size and color that are suitable for given dimensions.
