Existing Static Site Converted to Wordpress Theme

We have a client whose site is currently a static HTML site. We will need to convert this site to a Wordpress theme. There will be no updates to the actual appearance and I will handle importing content (besides any few items of test content that will be required for development). There will be about 3 types of custom post types that will need to be implemented with a few requirements for each. We can provide these upon approval. There is no post/blog section - we will need a couple page templates setup to accomodate the current markup. So tasks for this project include: - Taking existing markup and CSS and creating a Wordpress template - Creating 3 custom post types for existing content on the website - Creating page templates where necessary - Importing enough content to minimally fill out the theme and for testing - We will provide FTP/dev credentials with cPanel etc, including installing Wordpress We only have $250 in the budget for this task and I will estimate it will take somewhere 8-10 hours. We would like to have this task completed by the start of next week at the latest. Please provide a brief description of yourself or your company and what you can offer to this particular project in your reply and related examples (i.e. Wordpress, etc).
