Help me learn web design skills (jquery, html, css, php and javascript)

The ideal person will have to be from the uk or another country where English is the native language like America or Australia. You will have a varied knowledge in HTML, CSS, JAVASCRIPT, PHP and JQUERY. I have been learning all things to do with web design since february this year and I would like to speak with someone that is quite good at all the above and they could show me the best learning methods and recommend me some sites that I could visit. I would see this as a ongoing thing where I could get in touch with you if i get stuck while trying to code, Of course I would continually pay you for your help in the future aswell. I started off on the site treehouse and learned html and css from there and then i moved onto codecademy where i have learnt the basics of php, javascript and jquery. Maybe you could show me how to set up a simple website that you can sell things on and have a shopping cart that links people to paypal. I have already had a go at making some of my own websites which haven't turned out to bad but I would like to go to the next level and would like to have the skills to make my sites more interactive using the various coding languages above. I am free on the weekends and also between 6:30-9:30 in the evenings. Please bid for one hour only
