As a new start-up company we require someone who has the right skills to create a custom made residential letting website similar to the currently existing site spareroom dot co dot uk. The functionalities for our website would be: - once the Landlord hits the 'Like' Button on Facebook, they are entitled to advertise their property free of charge on our website - If Landlords directly want to advertise on our website, without the Like option on Facebook, they would need to make a payment via PayPal. - at the same time, prospective tenants / people looking for accommodation on our website do not incur any charge when they 'Like' us on Facebook. - also there should be an option for prospective tenants to register on our website and enter their details as well as the area, number of rooms that they are looking for - Once registered, there should be a function of an automated weekly email letter listing the matching properties for the registered user for his/her criteria. - Website automatically reducing the Size of Image Files. - further options to be integrated are similar to the spareroom dot co dot uk website.
