Joomla 2.5:: template convertion

The job is convert a very simple template from Joomla 1.5 to Joomla 2.5 version, ONLY the template I'll going to migrate the entire site to new version.
The template need to works in all major browsers and remains the same modules positions. I'll going to upload the new site migrated to my testing server so you can install and config there the template, if something is missing or some style is broken you can fix it directly.
