Site modification and data transfer

I personally own an online community web site, that is in the family collaboration market. I have merged with another group of business developers, in a different market. You will be working with me. I am a designer and front-end developer. The site is built using .tpl files, and heavy css. I will do all that part. What I need from your skills, is the ability to complete the following tasks: 1 - create a migration script that can transfer their database and data over to my database. 2 - modify portions of the online community environment to fit the new business. I can provide more details of exactly what their business entails, if you are selected. But in general, it would be taking a "my page" and adding some "sports statistic functionalities". MUCH of this project is simply modification. My online environment has much of the functionality and toolsets that the new company needs. Strong php5 OO skills Experience with MVC architecture a plus. Experience with qcodo a huge plus This project is already underway, and I have the budget in hand. I will pay $30-35 per hour, based on your experience. And depending on your performance, there could be other benefits and compensation. That is a must. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
