New projects in order of priorities: Left hand side navigation One page checkout - where does this stand in terms of costing (we obviously invested in this to begin with but it didn't work) - Pure 360 integration Speed Recover cart and best practice way of using it - involve Wayne Magento reporting - to be honest I think this should have been covered in the original build New DB template development to allow multiple colour options on drop downs, SKUs, dynamic content etc Mobile - not sure what options are available - please outline Can you provide an estimated cost and time breakdown for each of these projects and I can then supply estimated budget and timing requirements Quick wins (remaining tweaks - everything will be moved to a new basecamp.
