another private project modification for amberyanin

Hi Ok this can be a 'modification' of current webchat+client or it could be a new separate project, a fork, a new branch. So basically I would like to have ability to lock channel so that only admin user can "SEND" to channel and everyone else can only send to channel "AFTER" admin allows them, enables them to send, and when they send, only ADMIN to "see" their message, basically it is like "Private" messaging, when a message like that is sent by a regular user in that channel maybe color of their username should be red or a (*) to signify a private message, a message that only admin can see. So basically we add a kind of "private messaging" inside a channel, but we do NOT allow regular users to private message between themselves, only to private message with admin on the channel. You could code this as a configuration "option"/mode inside the current chat or if you think is too different functionality we can make a 'branch/fork' of current with the new type of working mode. anyway let me know what you think and send me a quote/bid, thanks Also can you please add an option in [login to view URL] per channel so I can set if "anonymous" no-login is enabled or disabled, maybe just a checkmark somewhere for enable anonymous or not.
