PHP Programmer with English skills

PHP programmer(s) with English skills Hi there We are a development company that is developing applications that we are calling TeleWeb - where we mix working with the telephone system and the internet. You can see our website at [login to view URL] which will give an overview of some of the projects we work on. We are looking for one or two programmers who can join the other remote workers that we have to develop PHP based applications, linking to our telecoms platform, primarily via XML. Ideally you will have a few years experience of PHP and we do need someone who can speak and write English. We are not expecting perfect English though, so don't worry about that!! Currently we work with people from Russia, Romania and Argentina as well as people in the UK (where we are based). I have attached an example specification of the kind of work we do to this bid request At this stage we are looking to identify a number of people who we can give a small paid project to. Therefore please answer the following: - How many years have you been working with PHP - Do you know any other languages (eg Python) - What is your working situation - freelance, working full-time, but doing part-time freelance etc? - How many hours per day/week do you have available? - If you currently work full time are you looking to do the same, but remotely (as this is of interest to us) - What kind of hourly rate are you looking for (if any?). Ideally we'll work together to price 'per project' but this helps of course - Do you have examples of your programming online or anything you could send us - Anything else you can say which will help us to decide to shortlist you Thank you for taking the time to read this.
