We have ca. 3000 LoC in an small Web-Based, Ruby-on-Rails customer complaint handling system. This application has to be ported to the Django web Framework (Python). It has input of issues (via "self service" webform or callcenter) and input of sparepart orders. Commenting of issues, tagging of issues, delegation of issues and answering of issues (via email). In addition it has conversion of an issue into a sparepart order, tracking of orders, printing of invoices and import of account data to see which invoices have been payed.
## Deliverables
1) Complete and fully-functional working program as an "Django" application.
2) Use of OpenSource components is allowed.
3) Source must contain Unittests and have a pylint score of more than 8.
## Platform
Software will be deployed on Python 2.4 running on FreeBSD 5.4 with an PostgreSQL 8.1 database.
