Rewrite my VB program in Java/php/ASP (or similar) for use on a web page

I have written a "debt snowball" calculator in VB6. (Google "debt snowball" for details). It works great as a standalone app, but I want to have it on my website so anyone can use it. My entire code is less than 600 LOCs, inc comments and the VB form manipulation. Your role would be to convert into Java / ASP.net / php (or similar) so that I can put it on my website. When running, a user would see some forms, enter all of the required information, click submit, then a new page would open up displaying the results in a printer friendly format. A similar example can be found at [login to view URL] The code should not be visible to the users (i.e. view page source), so likely will be running on the server side. The calculations are not complex, they should be easy for most programmers to understand. - an excel file which calculates snowball debt reduction. Just use this for calculation validation, since it does not contain any programming, just excel formulas. - a sample of the input and output forms. I am not too concerned about the format, just make it clean and easy to read. I do know it supports php and js. Web forms are ok (ASP), but see the previous note (checking to see if the server supports ASP) If this is written in javascript, it can be run on the client side to perform data validation, displaying the forms etc, but the actual calculation must be done on the server side so that the end user cannot copy it. I will be able to take the finished project (php/html/ASP etc) and put it up onto my website, so I do not need any help to implement it on my website. No data needs to be saved on the server, no need for cookies. Everytime the end user goes to this calculator, all the form fields will be blank. The calculation engine is in the procedure "snowball_Click" which is heavily commented to help you out. This is called in my VB6 project when the user clicks the "submit" button. Deadline: My entire project deadline is September 15th, and this one project needs to be completed and tested and signed off by myself by September 8th. One last thing, this is the first of many projects I will require. So for this first project, I will select 3 people to provide their implementation and pay them for their work.
