Outlook email access using Visual Basic 6

Hello: I have a VB6 program that keeps track of information that customers fill out on my website. This information is sent to a mysql database AND is also emailed to my office. With this information I need to reply back to them using Outlook. I am looking for someone to add outlook access on my form using what I think would be the easiest way, Microsoft Office Outlook View Control, so that I can open a Outlook folder from my application and get to the email that was sent to the Office and reply back to them. To recap what I need: (1) Add the Microsoft Office View Control to my existing form. (2) Set it up so that I can View & Change the Outlook Folders (3) Click on a existing email message in a folder and reply to that message. (4) All from my Visual Basic program.
