I am looking for a motivated VB guru who can help build the next generation SPAM filter. Some background information for the idea for this project can be found at:

Similar product (different algorithm):

The program will be an Outlook 2000 Plug-in, written in Visual Basic 6 and Visual Basic for Applications (VBA).
The idea is to apply Bayesian algorithms to the user&'s email inbox. The program will come pre-loaded with a set of possible SPAM words taken from a corpus obtained from various SPAM collections over the Internet. The user will be required to do an initial training session where they classify several of their emails as SPAM or non-SPAM. I liken this to the initial training required for voice recognition (i.e. Dragon Naturally Speaking). Once their corpus of good & bad words has been built, the filter will then be ready to classify any incoming mail as either SPAM or non-SPAM. Any detected SPAM will be moved to the Bulk Mail folder and the rest will go to their default inbox.
I am a programmer and entrepreneur. I also do not currently have $10 million in VC money to blow like many of the dot-coms. This will be a hacked together version made by a few great coders. The initial goal will just be to get version 1.0 working and out there, spreading through viral marketing. It will be offered as a free limited trial and then sold for some as-of-yet undetermined amount.
The person who I am looking for will come on as a partner on the deal and help primarily with the Office 2000 integration side (creating the COM Add-in). I will help with the Bayesian algorithm portion (I have some of the code already written). Note: initial compensation will be part-ownership in the company and a revenue sharing split once the product goes live. The goal is to make a great product and become profitable, with the ultimate goal of selling to a bigger company.
## Deliverables
1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. We will work together on developing the application.
2) Installation package that will install the software (in ready-to-run condition) on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.
3) Complete ownership and distribution copyrights to all work purchased. The ownership of the code will be in the hands of a holding company that we will be shareholders of (as well as any future investors, etc.).
## Platform
Windows 98/2000/XP, Office 2000
## Deadline information
Read the project description. Do not just reply "I can do it for $5,000" or whatever. Please specify any previous work you have done (Outlook 2000 or VBA) with examples.
