Looking for a professional who can design home business/affiliate based search engine. The designer should be creative and able to design without expecting more details from the buyer. The project needs to be completed less than 3 weeks. The project finally should be hosted on my domain www.emidastouch.com.
The project should include atleast 5 page website.
1. Provision for placing text ads.
2. Provision for banner advertising - Rotational banners (480 x 60) on top/bottom of every page.
3. Provision for banner advertising - static banner (125 x 125) on right/left of every page.
4. Advertisers should be able to login and upload the banners.
5. Payment method should be paypal.
6. Periodic backup of the database.
7. Easy maintenance of the project.
