I need you to create a SEARCH ENGINE SUBMISSION site for me

I would like a site like this. [login to view URL] I need a site that offers free submission to search engines. I also want to give them the option to pay for my services. I can offer them different packages I submit myself once they pay. I want to offer them 3 packages. Silver Gold and platinum package. Silver- 25,000 search engines and FFA Gold - 50,000 search engines and FFA Platinum 100,000 search engines and FFA I am a programmer and designer. I just don't have the time to do this. I have a php program that submits to most of the free search engines. You can use that in your design of the site if you want. Once they order I do the submission myself. They can use paypal to pay. I need you to do the complete site for me. The words program and graphics. I already have a high traffic search engine submission site. I have the traffic which is the most important part of this project. I need you to do the entire site and put it on my server. I don't want to do anything. Lock and key project.
